Bravo

Bravo has been developed and aimed specifically at people with intellectual disabilities, and others who rely on ease of use and motivation in the form of rewards.
It is UNIQUE and stands out from other fitness apps on the market. In what way? The app offers clear instructions, is fun and uses elements from the game world. The biggest difference is that it is based on a reward system, i.e. external motivation. You can train with an athlete, collect visual stickers and not least receive video greetings from a celebrity who says; Good job!

The app also contains step counters, step competitions and has an info function that tells about various events that are held.

Ease of use and content have been carefully prepared in collaboration with various professionals such as neurologist, sports physiologist and PT, physiotherapist and trainer at Enkeljympa. The app has been developed, designed and tested in collaboration with 7 different people who have represented the target group. This app therefore has great influence from the user group itself!
