about Coin Tester
When struck, a coin vibrates and emits a unique sound, primarily influenced by its dimensions and the material it is made of. For example, a gold Maple Leaf will sound different than a silver Krugerrand when struck. An authentic gold or silver coin will produce a different sound than a counterfeit one. These differences are precisely used by the Coin Tester application.
Interestingly, mints release coins each year with a newly physically minted vintage. Additionally, changes in the coin production process, wear and tear, and the appearance of patina on silver create minor differences that affect the sound of the coins.
Using artificial intelligence, the Coin Tester application guides users through the coin verification process and assists in determining the authenticity of the product. We have access to a large database of new and circulating coins, allowing us to regularly add updates that include coins from new vintages. This ensures that the application functions accurately for all types of coins, regardless of their condition, type, or minting year.
With subscriptions, you can access coin verification for a week, a month or a year.
