idealista

idealista is an online home viewing app for Spain, Italy and Portugal. We support you to rent, buy and sell houses on the app. Open idealista app to locate and see the information about the properties around you. Choose your deal type, ideal price to search. Click on the listing cover to get more information. For example, the year of the house, size, location, neighborhood amenities, and so on. Add interested listings to your favorites so that idealista can notify you in time when the price drops.

idealista operating instructions:

- Plot your area of interest on the map. Go to the idealista map and use your finger to draw the boundaries of your search area. Once it's drawn, we'll show you all the properties in the area that match your requirements, and you'll be able to see a map of all the properties so you can compare them at a glance. It's that simple.

- Find properties near you. Allow the idealista app to access your location to show you available properties nearby.

- Activate alerts and notifications to be found first. If you're looking for a room or a house, you'll know how important it is to be first in line. For this reason, we have an instant alert system. Search on idealista for areas and requirements that interest you and save them with a name. Activate the alerts for that search and we'll immediately notify you via cell phone notification every time a new listing or property price drop is posted that meets your criteria.
