ILA

ILA is communications software developed for the largest maritime workers' union in North America. ILA employees receive timely notifications from the union and news about work. Detailed and systematic work divisions and schedule addresses are also sent. Employees can also search the ILA application for regional policies, regulations and hiring documents. The software has integrated print and insert functionality. Employees can keep detailed records and track work progress on the platform.

Whenever your location publishes an upcoming job, you'll receive push notifications detailing the teams and jobs by dock, pier, company and vessel. Each site can now contact its teams via push notifications and SMS/SMS through the app.

Some employees can view their timesheet information in ILA. With four different views (Contract, Calendar, Monthly and Daily), employees can ensure that they are paid for the correct hours worked by analyzing each timesheet in detail.

Some workers can track their certifications and certification requirements in ILA. Workers will be notified 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before their certification expires.

- View container royalty progress and working time history

Some employees can view the progress of container royalties and see a history of hours worked. This allows employees to ensure that they are always meeting the requirements to receive container royalty checks.
