For all customers who have chosen the advantages of Simecom S.r.l. The new App is now available which allows you to easily manage your gas and electricity contracts.

Download it and register, all you need is your Contract code and the Self-reading/Service Code; both reported on the first page of your latest Simecom bill.

Lots of features at your disposal including:

ACCOUNT
In this section it will be possible to manage all the data relating to the account created upon registration, check the contractual data, manage notifications and view data on the conditions of use.

NOTIFICATIONS
Summarizes all communications from Simecom in reference to its gas and electricity supply.

SELF-READING
View the last reading loaded into the system, specifying whether it was received via the self-reading service or via the technical service; starting from this information it is possible to load the reading of your gas meter. In this section there is also the possibility of inserting a reminder in your calendar to remember to carry out the self-reading.

PAYMENTS
It allows you to make payments on your due dates via credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and MyBank. The credit card data will not be visible to Simecom since the entire payment process is managed entirely by the interbank circuit.

WEB DESK
a real web desk that will allow you to:
- Manage bill shipping methods (electronic or paper)
- Activate or deactivate the detailed invoice
- Complete management of personal data
- Manage the bill payment method (Activate, Modify and Revoke your bank direct debit)
- Communicate or update your cadastral data
- Request deactivation of the supply

INVOICES
View issued bills summarizing them by invoice number, issue date, expiration date and amount. It is a quick and easy way to have a PDF archive of all your gas and electricity bills. By clicking on a single item you can download, print or forward the PDF of the selected bill.

CONSUMPTION
View your consumption (gas in Mc or electricity in KWh) divided by month over the last 2 years, specifying which ones are real and which are estimated. All of this can be viewed on a consumption graph so you can immediately see the progress of your services at a glance. A sophisticated calculation and analysis system will suggest you carry out a self-reading if one has not been received for at least 5 months; all in order to invoice you only for the consumption you make.

POINTS OF SALE
View the list of all Simecom Sales Points, viewing the opening hours and sorting them based on the one closest to your location thanks to the geo localization system. By clicking on the desired point of sale, the app will open the maps pre-installed on your device to allow you to reach the destination via the integrated navigator.
