As a club member, you have direct access to the club schedule to book a free fitness timeslot, group lessons, squash, etc. You can easily manage your bookings via your booking overview. In the app, you will also find a variety of workouts and video lessons that you can do at the club and/or at home. This will help you to get started right away! Via your personal performance page, you can track your training efforts.
