- Biometric authentication: After logging in for the first time with myEntergy credentials, mobile app users can choose between facial or fingerprint recognition.
- Pay Now: The One Time Quick Payment setting allows users to make a payment with a single swipe.
- POWER STATUS AND ESTIMATED RESTORATION TIME: Upon logging in, customers will see the power status from the main screen and they can track the estimated restoration time during an outage.
- View Outage Maps: New maps built for mobile devices allow users to track outages by their mobile device's customer service address or location.
- View Smart Meter Usage: Customers with AMI Advanced Meters can view their usage, which is updated every 4-5 hours with real-time usage and costs.
- Guest Payment: This option allows the customer to "Continue to pay as a guest", using their customer account number and QPC code to make a guest payment.
