Securus Mobile is a secure and efficient communication software. The software is powerful and supports not only phone and video calls inside and outside the prison, but also daily contacts, prepaid phone bills, text messaging, and money transfers. It brings people inside and outside the prison together through mobile phones, making calls meaningful. Register for a dedicated account, set a password, and easily make video and voice calls with your family. Family members or you can prepay phone bills, send photos, transfer money to accounts, and manage incoming contacts, which makes it easier for users to use this software.

Video Connect®

•Register for Video Connect and schedule video conferences with incarcerated people from anywhere in the world at all Securus sites that offer Video Connect, as long as you have Wi-Fi or cellular data service.

•Sign up for a Video Connect subscription (if available)

Securus Mobile to receive notifications for upcoming video conferences

•Access and view your upcoming scheduled video conferences

•Sync upcoming video conference details with your calendar

•Test Wi-Fi/cellular connection to determine Video Connect quality

•Manage photos for identification, view transaction history, and manage credit/debit cards

• Sign up for an AdvanceConnect account and deposit funds to receive calls from Securus Mobile at any time

• Select a calling subscription plan (if available)

•Sign up for AutoPay or TextPay

•View the last attempt to call a number

• Update or change credit/debit card information

• View available funds

• Add or change the phone number that can receive calls

• Block or unblock incoming calls

• View call details and transaction summaries

Securus Debit – Fund this account for your contacts to:

• Call any number of their choice with Securus Mobile

• Buy music, games, and movies for their tablet
